North MS Family Exchange Center

The Family Exchange Center is a community-serving facility in Oxford. We were brought in to handle a multi-phase renovation including full parking lot concrete replacement, structural post reinforcement, accessibility improvements, and exterior updates to enhance both safety and curb appeal.

Commercial work like this requires careful sequencing to keep the facility operational throughout the project. Our team coordinated with facility management on staging, timing, and access so the building could continue to serve the community while work progressed.
