How long does a custom home take?
From dirt to keys, most builds run 9 to 14 months depending on size, finishes, and permitting. We set a realistic schedule on day one and update you weekly.
Do you build on land I already own?
Yes. If you own land in Lafayette, Alcorn, or any of our service-area counties, we can start with a site visit and a no-obligation feasibility review.
