The Chance Project

The Chance Project is a ground-up custom home build in Oxford, Mississippi. From initial land survey through final walk-through, our team handled every phase: foundation, framing, mechanical rough-ins, exterior finishes, roofing, insulation, drywall, cabinetry, flooring, and finish carpentry.

The design emphasized traditional Southern architecture with deep porches, generous natural light, and durable materials selected for the Mississippi climate. The homeowners worked directly with our project manager throughout, with weekly walk-throughs to confirm finish selections and address any field decisions in real time.

What makes this build representative of our work is the level of detail behind the photos — every wall is straight, every transition is intentional, and every system was inspected before drywall went up.
